Please note that the maximum range for the control box (containing the WIFI chip) to connect to the WIFI is a maximum of 10 meters (excluding walls).

Check if your internet service provider is operating in IPv6.

In some cases, the control box may have trouble connecting when the signal sent by the internet box is in the 5GHz frequency (it can detect the Wi-Fi box but cannot connect). Please adjust your router's power by switching it to the 2.4GHz frequency.

If the issue persists, try using the extension cable provided with the control box (if your heat pump has one) to bring the control box closer to your internet box.
