The factory reset of your heat pump can be done in two methods for single-phase models, with a dedicated method for three-phase models.

Single-Phase Model - Method 1:

1. Simultaneously press the "On/Off" button and the fourth button from the left for 5 seconds.
2. Press the down arrow multiple times until reaching parameter F60.
3. Press the fourth button from the left to access the parameter.
4. Press the up arrow to display "F60 001."
5. Confirm the parameter by pressing the fourth button from the left.
6. After 15 seconds, the display on the unit will show "F60 000."

The reset of your heat pump to factory settings is now complete.

Single-Phase Model - Method 2:

1. Simultaneously press the "On/Off" button and the up arrow for 5 seconds.
2. Press the down arrow multiple times until reaching parameter F60.
3. Press the fourth button from the left to access the parameter.
4. Press the up arrow to display "F60 001."
5. Confirm the parameter by pressing the fourth button from the left.
6. After 15 seconds, the display on the unit will show "F60 000."

The reset of your heat pump to factory settings is now complete.

Three-Phase Model:

Hold down all buttons, except the "On/Off" button, for a duration of 5 seconds.
The reset of your three-phase heat pump is now complete.
