Your spa has an air leak at the inflation valve.

Origin

The valve is defective.
 

Resolution

Check that the 2 seals of the inflation valve are present and properly positioned.

If you find that the 2 joints are well positioned and defective, replace this inflation valve with the replacement valve supplied at the delivery of your spa (by positioning the 2 joints correctly at the assembly).

If the problem is not solved, you need to replace the inflation valve. Follow the procedure below:

If your product is still under warranty (less than 2 years), please open a support request, enclosing your purchase invoice and a photo of the problem.
