Please first identify when this error code appears.
If the code appears right from the start of the heat pump and consistently, you will need to check the gas level on the pressure gauge and ensure the proper connection of the low-pressure switch (LPS).
If the code is random or only appears once a day (for example, in the morning or at night) and the gas level is good, then you should proceed as if it were an E4 fault.
In case the issue persists despite these checks, it is necessary to provide your after-sales service technician with all the values of all parameters.
During very cold air temperatures (around 0°C), the value of the electronic expansion valve opening parameter becomes important, and it may be necessary to increase this value.
If the heat pump is installed abroad, make sure it operates properly at 50Hz.
