Your Waterflex product is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period; 3 years for the metal structure; 6 months for wear parts in the terms mentioned below. This guarantee runs from the date of invoice.

The warranty is void in case of repair of the device by a person not authorized by the Waterflex entity. Defective parts must be returned to Waterflex during the warranty period to be supported. The warranty does not cover unauthorised labour or replacement costs, nor the cost of transporting the parts concerned.

Are expressly excluded from the warranty

- Malfunction or damage resulting from the use of unauthorized accessories.

- Damage resulting from installation, repair not in accordance with safety instructions.

- Malfunction or damage resulting from a chemical medium unsuitable for the pool.

- Defects resulting from accidents, improper or abusive use (shock, contact with chemicals, improper handling), alteration and the consequences of normal wear and aging of the product.

Consumable list/ Wear parts NOT TAKEN IN WARRANTY beyond (6) months: Suction Cup, Wheel, Click turn, Wheel Pedals, Saddle, Handle, Foot Protection, Carter, Bottle Holder, Plain Bearing, Screws, Multitraining Bar, elastic, valve, handle, D-ring, docking kit.
