Origin

The leak of the showerhead can come from a bad assembly of it.

Resolution

1. Check assembly of the showerhead. Make sure that there are 2 seals in the showerhead connection.

Make sure that the 2^nd seal is in the right way

*Inside edge, seal in right side.

2. If the assembly is correct and the showerhead leaking, it is deficient and must be exchanged.

If your product is still under warranty (less than 2 years), please open a support request, enclosing your purchase invoice and a photo of the problem.
