Problem

The stove in the sauna trips as soon as it is switched on.

Cause

This fault is usually due to a faulty installation, or a damaged or badly connected electrical cable.

Resolution

If it trips at the electricity meter, please ensure that the cable cross-section and the circuit breaker rating are correct for your stove. Please refer to your stove manual or the table below:

Then make sure that all connections have correctly been done and that the terminal block screw is tight (stove unplugged).
