Problem:

Water is leaking from the water inlet and outlet connections on your Nano heat pump.

This problem usually stems from the gasket in the fitting.

Solution:

First, switch off the heat pump.

Then unscrew the water inlet and outlet fittings to check that there is a gasket inside the fitting.

If the gaskets are not present in each fitting, they may be in your original carton.

Please position them as shown in the previous photo.

If, however, the gaskets are present, or if you can't find the gaskets in the original carton, we invite you to make a request for assistance, enclosing your purchase invoice and a photo of the problem as an attachment.
