Problem 

Your shower is always runing, even though you have changed the mixer cartridge.

Origin 

This problem usually comes from the internal piping. If it’s defective, it doesn’t stop water from the reservoir.

Resolution 

To access to piping, you have to provide yourself with the necessary tools and proceed to the following manipulations : 

• Rag
• Allen key
• monkey wrench
• screwdriver

1.Please unscrew the top or bottom screws 

2.Please remove the base (bottom) and the cover (top)

3.Take out head + nut

4.Handle : unscrew the shaft that serves as a handle or remove the blue and red cap

5.Take off the two fittings from the mixing valve

6.A final fitting must be unscrewed to reach the mixer cartridge. To do this, provide yourself with a wrench. Of you use monkey wrench, we advise you to use a protection to to avoid scratching the nut 

7.Remove the cartridge 

8.Unscrew foot rinser + nut

9.Put the new piping using a wrench to take the fitting and screw on the retaining nut
