THE PUMP DOES NOT START 

1.  No mains voltage, check motor and/or CB and check tightness of mains and/or pump cables

2. Led Controller on, display present Press the "start" button

3. Led Controller on, no display Poor communication connection of upper and lower board Check controller after pump power off. Check that the 6-pin connector is properly plugged into the socket and that the cable is not damaged

4. Led Controller Off Fault Control Module 

5. The pump shaft is stuck/gripped Check if the pump can be turned manually using the fan and remove any obstructions

6. Pump shaft is damaged
