Problem :

Your heat pump is running but the control box no longer displays anything, or a button on the remote control stops responding.

Origin :

The problem is due to a bad connection or malfunction of the control box.

Resolution :

1) Bad connection of the control box

To ensure that the control box is properly connected, simply remove it from its support (front pannel), and check that the connector plug is well pressed and that the legs are not twisted.

   

If the control box is properly connected and the problem persists, the control box is probably defective

2) Defective control box

To check if the control box is actually defective, just check that the control box is powered.

Please check that you have a voltage of 12V in S1 and S2 of the terminal block (for the models JETLINE and JETLINE2), or that the plug is well connected on the electronic board (model Jetline PREMIUM, Jetline SELECTION, Silverpro, ONE). It matches the "CN2" plug.

- If you do not have a 12V, please refer to the section "control box off" (point 2, here)

- If the 12V is present, the control box is to be replaced.
