Your spa does not filter properly, or not enough.
Origin
Poor circulation of water in the pump of filtration.
Resolution
Check that the water line in the pool is between the min and max limits. If this is not the case, fill or empty your spa so that the water line is between these two limits
It is also necessary to clean the 2 nozzles (suction and discharge) located inside the basin (photos). To do this, just unscrew these nozzles and remove any filth (hair, fur, dead skin...).
The problem can come from the filter cartridge. Operate the spa by removing this filter for 24 hours. If this works, then it is necessary to clean or replace the filter cartridge.
Finally, please check that the propeller of the filter pump does not contain foreign objects (hair, fur, dead skin...). it is inside the connector at the bottom left when you are facing the engine block.
If, despite testing and replacing the filter cartridge, the problem persists, you need to replace the filter pump in your engine block. To do this, follow the procedure below:

If your product is still under warranty (less than 2 years), please open a support request, enclosing your purchase invoice and a photo of the problem.
