Problem

The infrared cabin does not light up. Buttons are not responding. None of the warning lights are on.

Origin

This type of failure comes either from the general power supply, or from a defect in the power supply box, or from the sauna being put into a safety mode.

Resolution

No matter which model simply make sure that the sauna is connected to a working plug.

If the problem persists, we will ask you to access the sauna’s roof and more specifically the power supply box on the roof for the APOLLON, LUXURY, SOLEIL BLANC and SPECTRA models.

If you dismantle this box, you should have an LED on a circuit board:

If the LED does not light up and everything is perfectly connected, then either the complete box or the relevant electronic board needs to be replaced, depending on the model you have.

For the MULTIWAVE, PUREWAVE and sauna HYBRID COMBI models, you have a sensor called "temperature control". Please make sure that this is connected and try to press the button on the sensor (if it is equipped).
