If the operating mode of your heat pump is stuck in the 'Cooling' mode, we recommend resetting the heat pump to factory settings by following the steps below:

1. Unlock the control panel by pressing the "On/Off" button for 5 seconds.

2. Press the "On/Off" button and the 🔼 button for 5 seconds to enter the settings.

3. Scroll through the main parameter codes using the 🔼 and 🔽 buttons until you reach parameter F60, then confirm by pressing the fourth button from the left.

4. To modify the selected parameter, use the 🔼 and 🔽 buttons and set parameter F60 to 1, then confirm by pressing the fourth button from the left.

5. Press the "On/Off" button to return to the main menu.
