Nano: Pool Heating Problems

The heat pump is running, but the pool temperature doesn't increase after at least 24 hours of operation. What should I do?

  1. Make sure that the heat pump is running continuously 24 hours a day.

  2. Check if the heat pump's fan is working correctly.

  3. If your installation has a bypass, ensure that the valves are correctly set as follows:

    • Inlet open at 100%
    • Outlet open at 75%
    • Bypass open at 50%
  4. If the problem persists despite these checks, take a temperature reading when the heat pump has been producing heat for at least 15 minutes. You can find this information in your heat pump's settings:

    • A: Water inlet temperature
    • B: Evaporator temperature
    • C: Ambient air temperature

If the temperatures of parameters "B" and "C" are identical, the heat pump is not producing heat.

To check for the presence of gas, take a photo of the pressure gauge (if your heat pump has one) when the pump is stopped, defrosted, and has been off for at least 30 minutes. Also, note the weather temperature when taking the photo.
