To locate the serial number of your heat pump, we invite you to look under the nameplate (label affixed to the heat pump) below the barcode.

The reference will always begin with PC-.

If this label is erased or detached, a second one can be found on the back of the heat pump's cover.

For mini-sized heat pumps, you can also find it by removing the upper cover at the rear of the control box.

For heat pumps with a multilingual manual, the serial number can be found on the manual's case.

For small-sized heat pumps, the serial number can be found on the user manual's pouch.
