Turbosalt: Installation and Operating Instructions

The Turbosalt electrolyser works automatically thanks to its flow sensor.

As soon as it detects a flow rate, chlorine production begins. However, it is important to note that it is equipped with a differential switch, which means that it should not be connected to a programmable outlet, but rather to a conventional electrical outlet. In addition, it must remain on 24 hours a day to function optimally.

To ensure that your electrolyzer automatically restarts without requiring a manual reset, carefully follow these steps:

1. Electrical Connection: First, make sure to connect your electrolyzer to a dedicated electrical outlet, as indicated in the user manual. Avoid connecting it to a timer or the same outlet as your heat pump.

2. Initial Operation: Then run your filtration pump for 24 hours, preferably in the morning if your regular programming starts at that time. Also activate your electrolyzer during this period by choosing the appropriate operating mode.

3. Automatic Programming: These 24 hours will allow your electrolyzer to synchronize with your filtration cycle. This will also prevent you from hearing unnecessary audible alarms.

4. Back to Usual Programming: After this period, restore your filtration pump to your usual programming, while maintaining the appropriate operating mode on your electrolyzer. The electrolyzer will be continuously powered, but it will only start and produce chlorine when filtration begins its process.

By following these steps, you will optimize the operation of your Turbosalt electrolyzer, ensuring an efficient and worry-free chlorine production.
