Origin

This is usually due to improper use of the product, or abnormal or normal wear.

Resolution

In case your part or accessory is out of warranty (more than 6 months), you can order the spare parts on our online store. 

If your product is still under warranty (less than 2 years), please open a support request by attaching your purchase invoice and a photo of the problem as an attachment.
