Problem:

Your control panel displays the error code "Err PC."

Origin:

The "Err PC" code corresponds to an excessively low outdoor temperature, causing the heat pump to go into a safety mode. To determine the temperature limit of your heat pump, please refer to the technical specifications of your model ("operating range").

Resolution:

If you encounter this error code during normal outdoor temperatures, it is possible that the position of the outdoor temperature sensor is preventing accurate measurement. In that case, simply move the sensor away from the evaporator to prevent this error code from appearing too frequently.
