Problem:

When you press the button corresponding to the mode change, the modes do not change.

Cause:

Some functions of the heat pump (mode change or temperature adjustment) are only available when the heat pump is turned on.

When the screen displays only the temperature and the time, the control unit is in standby mode, and the heat pump is turned off.

Solution:

The operating mode and set temperature can only be changed when the heat pump is turned on.

To do this, you need to unlock the control unit using the on/off button (press and hold for 5 seconds).

Once unlocked, you need to press the on/off button again.

From then on, the operating mode will be displayed, and you can access different modes and select the set temperature.
