Your control box displays the error code "Err PC".

Origin :

The "Err PC" code corresponds to an external temperature too low, the heat pump  is therefore safe.

To know the temperature limit of your heat pump, please refer to the technical specifications of your model ("operating range").

Resolution :

In case you encounter this code during normal outside temperatures (+5°c), it is possible that the position of the outside temperature sensor prevents proper measurement.

Therefore, it is sufficient to move this probe away from the evaporator to prevent this error code from appearing too repetitively.
