❗Error "Err E13"

Problem:

Displaying the "err 13" error code. The heat pump does not start.

Origin of the Problem:

This issue corresponds to an excessively high air temperature (above 43°C).

Verification:

We invite you to check the temperature displayed by the ambient temperature sensor (labeled as "Ambient Temp" in English) through the settings. This should provide you with the current ambient temperature.

Solution:

To get the heat pump operational again, it is necessary to lower the outdoor air temperature.

When the outdoor air temperature is exceptionally high, you simply need to wait for the temperatures to decrease.

If the heat pump is in direct sunlight, it's possible that the temperature measurement by the outdoor temperature sensor is inaccurate due to the heat absorbed by the heat pump's chassis.

In such cases, we recommend relocating the outdoor temperature sensor.

To do this, please remove the top cover.

Then, unscrew the support for the temperature sensor located in the corner above the evaporator:

Once unscrewed, please remove it from its housing and leave it exposed to the open air (as shown in the attached photo). It's best to secure it to the evaporator using a hose clamp:
